What Makes It Different
Every bottle comes from one grove, one harvest, one producer. We know their names. We've been to the farm.
Slow-roasted garlic, introduced at harvest temperature, never above 32°C. The result is mellow depth, not sharp bite.
Cold-press only. No additives, no preservatives, no colour treatment. The label lists two ingredients: olive oil, garlic.
The Maker
Sanjukta & Marco Ferreira
Second-generation olive growers in the South Okanagan. They converted the family orchard to certified organic in 2011. The garlic oil is a side project that became their most requested product.
