Common Questions
When does my box ship?
Boxes ship during the first week of each month. You'll receive a tracking number by email the day they leave our warehouse. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. You can skip any month from your account dashboard, with no fee, up to 48 hours before the shipment date. Skipping is two clicks — we don't make it hard.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes — 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month gift subscriptions are available for all tiers. You choose the tier; we send a card with a redemption code. The recipient activates on their schedule.
What if I dislike something in my box?
Tell us. We use that feedback to refine future curation. And if something arrives damaged or not as described, we'll make it right — credit, replacement, or refund, your choice. No photos required, no forms.
